The Friends People’s Choice award is given to the sculptor whose work is chosen by most people as their favourite. It has been won by John Ferguson for his sculpture “Khulu”

The winners of the writing competition have also been announced:
Lyn-Marie Harris won the over 18 category with her tribute to Waypoint by Garry Nash
Sophie Dixon won the teens’ category with Journey
Ella Mitchell won the children’s category with Reach for the Stars
Each won a Galaxy tablet and a notebook
Six Friends People’s Choice Award voting forms were randomly selected for this prize.
Five were eligible to receive the wine packs. They were:

Louise Adams
Zach Mackenzie
Caddy’s form was also selected but she is not eligible for the prize as she is not over 18. She will receive another prize.
